30/30 is a 30 day fitness program that involves body weight and light weight exercises for any fitness level. Each workout is a 30 minute AMRAP, and each day works a different, specific muscle group, and every workout is different. This is a great program to do with a friend. You\'ll work at your own level, and you'll do as many rounds as you can do in the time frame.
42 DAYS OF TAK is a 7 week intense fitness program designed to increase metabolism, burn fat, build and tone muscle. You'll work hard 6 days a week for 7 weeks. Each TAK focuses on a specific muscle group - pulling, pushing, legs, and full body, and every workout is different.
HST8 is an 8-week muscle-building, fat-burning program where you work all major muscle groups in each workout every other day. Combined with cardio on off day, results will be phenomenal!
You can do any of these programs at home or at a gym. At home, you'll need a few pieces of basic equipment, or if you're just beginning, you'll use only your body weight.
